Ms. Urbanski
Welcome! My name is Sarah Urbanski. I was born and raised in Roanoke, Virginia. In 2011, I graduated from Emory & Henry College. Since graduating from Emory & Henry, I have had experience teaching both Preschool and Kindergarten in Roanoke City. I have been teaching at Westside since 2012. I love teaching both Reading and Math!
Some ways that you can help your child succeed:
- Help your child complete their homework. Homework is due every Friday.
- Read with your child daily.
- Go on a letter and number hunt using newspapers and magazines.
- Point out letters and have them tell you the sound.
- Have them count a certain number of objects in your refrigerator.
