Hello! My name is Ms. Morgan and I will be your child’s teacher this year. I am thrilled to be working with you and your child.

About Me!
I was raised in a small town named Pocahontas which is located in Southwest Virginia. Both of my parents were teachers so I grew up around the profession and gained a love for working with children.
I currently live in Roanoke, Virginia. I have two daughters and two grandsons. My oldest grandson is in 8th grade and my youngest grandson is in First Grade.

Education!
I graduated from Pocahontas High School, Southwest Virginia Community College (AAS) and Virginia State University (BAS).

Teaching Career!
I am in my 35th year of teaching and my 21st year at Westside.
6th Grade- 4 years, TAP Head Start- 10 years, 3rd Grade- 10 years, 2nd Grade- 5 years, Kindergarten- Going into my 6th year.
